Innovative Petroleum Products offers supply of pipe, fittings, and all ancillary equipment, while engineering and design services are also offered for any fuelling project with or without the supply of equipment.

| 1• Supply of underground pipe, fittings and ancillary equipment : |
| |
a• |
Petroplas Pipe, fittings and ancillary equipment are generally supplied to the end users using our distributor network. Innovative Petroleum Products also have independent sales representatives marketing our products in their individual territories.

b• |
Distributors and sales representatives have been trained on the intricacies of the Petroplas Piping System and in the correct installation procedures. The training includes correct installation of the pipe, and the use of the Friamat electro fusion machine.
|

c• |
In each area when new customers are brought on, a training session is organized with Innovative Petroleum Products, where either the sales representative for the area, the distributor or staff of Innovative Petroleum Products train the user on the system. Once training has been completed, and a written exam has been successfully completed and passed, the user is now a “Certified Petroplas User”. The Certified User is then included on the Certified Users list on the website. A recertification is required by all Certified Users every 24 months.

Once the classroom training has been completed, Innovative Petroleum Products, or one of its approved trainers will assist the new User on at least one installation, more if the need arises (trainer not entirely satisfied with progress on site, or if the User has multiple teams to train or both).

After this phase a Certificate will be issued to the individual(s) proving competency in using the Petroplas Pipe System.

| 2• Field Support: |
IPP offer a 24hour field support and advisory hotline for our many clients around the globe. This service is open to all clients. Generally our local sales representative is trained to handle questions, however, situations arise were further technical support is required. | 3• Supply of Design, Detailed Engineering and Project Management and Supervision services : |
Innovative Petroleum Products have extensive experience in Design, Engineering, Turnkey projects and Project Management.

Projects range from the design and/or installation of a small owner built service station to multi-million Dollar pipeline or terminal.

Designs are centralized at IPP and once it has been established what the requirements are, are then either handled at IPP or passed on to our specialist Engineering Division – Global Fuelling Systems(PDF) – for scoping the required work and subsequent proposals.

Upgrades, re-piping of sites, installation of tanks, large bore piping or complete Turnkey projects are handled within the group. Please see “Our Major Projects” section of the website.

| Definitions : |

Design :
Drawing pipe layouts and hydraulic flow calculations. Once this has been finalized a costed Bill of Materials is generated for the client to work from.
|
Project Management (Supervision):
Once design has been completed a supervisor is sent to the site to manage the required phase to completion or to simply supervise and train the contractor on the required phase of the project.
|
Detailed Engineering :
On larger projects (generally once off designs) detailed engineering takes care of pipe sizing, pump sizing, valve requirements, control equipment, tank design ect. In this phase bid documents are also generated for the client.

Turnkey Projects :
Projects to which the client has handed full control of to IPP for the design, engineering, permitting, supply, construction, commissioning until completion, where the site is handed over back to the client as a working installation.

Brownfield site:
Site with existing equipment which need to be completely or partially removed. The site needs to be refurbished to conform to required industry and environmental standards.
|
Greenfield site:
Sites which have been purchased or leased by the client onto which no previous operations have been conducted.
